About Me
Portrait photography by Lucas MeashamI am a clinical psychologist and Board approved supervisor working in private practice in Brisbane. I studied psychology in Australia, completing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with first class Honours, and a Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of Canberra. Before embarking in Psychology, I had a career as a language teacher. In addition to English, I fluently speak Spanish and French.
My Approach
I create a safe, warm and non-judgemental space where my clients and/or supervisees feel comfortable to be themselves and share experiences that could be difficult, painful or vulnerable. I help people to better understand themselves, their past experiences and develop ways to respond to life events in a way that is meaningful and aligned with their values.
Practical Therapy
I believe that therapy is more than just ‘talking about problems’. I encourage my clients to walk out each session with something they can take with them, whether it is a new skill, a different perspective, an important realisation, or a greater sense of understanding, self-compassion or curiosity.
Qualifications & Registration
I am registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), with endorsement in clinical psychology and I fully adhere to the Board of psychologist Code of Conduct. I am a member of the Australian Psychological Society.

Professional Supervision
I see supervision as highly valuable opportunity to support my supervisees not only in working with their clients but also in their continuous development as thoughtful, competent and confident psychologists or mental health clinicians. My approach includes clinical discussions, practical skills building, self-reflection and a strong focus on ethical and professional practice.
I provide a collaborative space to strengthen therapeutic skills, as well as reflect on how the clinician own experiences and values influence their clinical work.
I primarily use an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy framework but I also draw from Schema Therapy and EMR modalities.
It is a genuine privilege to help fellow psychologists, registrars and/or mental health professionals with their client load as well as contributing to their continuous growth and ethical and reflective practice.
